Honors Pre-Nursing
PRE-NURSING
This program offers the academic courses required for lower division
study in the undergraduate program of the University of Maryland
School of Nursing.
High School graduates, accepted as freshman at UMES, may enroll
for the freshman and sophomore years of study for the Pre-Nursing
Program . Following two years of successful study at UMES with a
cumulative grade point average of "C" or better, students may make
application to transfer to the University of Maryland School of
Nursing in Baltimore for completion of the remaining two years required
for the B.S. degree.
