STATEWIDE PROGRAMS
A Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management
through the University of Maryland Eastern Shore is available at
various locations.. These off-campus program are focused on the
offering of junior and senior-level courses across the state. Freshman
and sophomore courses may be taken at various area community colleges.
Program flexibility allows for full or part-time study and the transfer
of a maximum of 60 credits of successful community college study.
