CULINARY ARTS RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
The Culinary Arts Restaurant Management (CARM) minor degree program
is an extension of the Hotel and Restaurant Management program. This minor
degree program is open to all students and provides basic knowledge and
skills in culinary arts coupled with management principles.
